OurDays Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

OurDays is a private calendar app for two people. It helps two paired users view the calendars they choose side by side, send each other event invitations, and comment on shared events.

Data the app uses

OurDays accesses only the calendars you explicitly select, after you grant calendar permission. Depending on your visibility setting, shared calendar mirrors may include the event title, time, location, notes, URL, source calendar name, and calendar color.

OurDays may also store invitations and comments created in the app, read state, and basic profile information such as your nickname, avatar (photo or text) and avatar color, and the iCloud account identifier that CloudKit sharing needs.

How data is stored

OurDays stores data locally on your device and in your Apple iCloud account using CloudKit, so that the information you select can sync between you and your paired partner. Shared data is visible only to the people included in that CloudKit share. OurDays does not operate its own server and does not sell personal data.

Tracking and advertising

OurDays contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps.

Data sharing

Shared calendar mirrors, invitations, and comments are shared only with the partner you pair with through iCloud sharing. Data may also be processed by Apple as part of iCloud, the App Store, and the device operating system.

Deleting data

You can stop using OurDays by deleting the app from your device, and stop sharing by removing the iCloud share. Events you created in your local Calendar stay under your control in Apple Calendar.
